At Newberg Water Polo Club, the safety and well-being of every athlete is our top priority. We are committed to creating an environment where players can grow, compete, and have fun while feeling supported, respected, and protected.

We follow SafeSport guidelines to help maintain a positive and safe team culture, including expectations around appropriate conduct, athlete protection, and respectful communication between athletes, coaches, and families.

Our goal is to ensure every player feels confident showing up to practice, tournaments, and team events knowing they are part of a program that takes athlete safety seriously.
